This free half day workshop is aimed at Derby businesses that are actively considering shifting to using electric vehicles or other Ultra Low Emission Vehicles (ULEVs) and offers :-

• An overivew of Ultra-Low Emission Vehicles (ULEVs) such as electric vehicles, vehicle types, charging requirements  and driving  range
• Vehicle Models – a comprehensive briefing on vehicles currently available and the new models which manufacturers will soon be launching.
• An opportunity to test drive the latest electric cars and commercial vehicles
• The business case for making the switch – real-world performance, leasing, energy and maintenance costs and the business benefits of using ULEVs
• Details of the support package available to local businesses
• The Derby Chargepoint Network – investing in new electric vehicle charge points across the city
• A chance to learn about plans to improve air quality in Derby and have your say on the options being proposed by Derby City Council
• A networking lunch with the chance to discuss your business requirements with independent experts.

This event is funded by Derby City Council and is free to any businesses based or operating in the Derby area.

A buffet lunch and refreshments will be  provided.  Places are limited, so please only register if you are sure you  will be able to attend.
