Creating positive travel changes for businesses
Connected are hosting a special breakfast event for Marketing Derby bondholders, offering businesses information and practical advice to help them cut costs and reduce business travel, fleet travel costs and getting more staff commuting by sustainable travel modes.
Throughout the morning information will be provided on delivering and encouraging sustainable travel practices in the workplace.
At the breakfast bondholders will:
- Learn how Connected is helping businesses to make positive changes in their workplaces and helping them to reduce their travel costs
- Find out about the FREE travel services Connected offer to Derby businesses
- Learn about available Grant Funding for businesses wishing to make positive sustainable transport changes
- Opportunity to enjoy breakfast and networking with the Connected team and other Bondholder.
Overview of the event:
7.45am – 8.15am
Bondholders arrive, refreshments/breakfast is served and an opportunity for networking.
8.15am – 8.45am
Presentations will take place. Presenters include Adam Sendall (Local Sustainable Transport Fund Team Leader), Simon Ingham (Director of Bennetts and Park Bikeworks) and Peter Richardson (Chairman of the D2N2 LEP)
8.45am – 9.15am
Refreshments and an opportunity to discuss the presentations and ask questions.
